Rental Rates for Fall & Spring Graduation
Back Deck - will hold up to 70 people
$300.00 for the first 2 1/2 hours and $75.00 for every additional hour.
Upstairs Inside - will hold up to 70 people
$350.00 for the first 2 1/2 hours and $75.00 for every additional hour.
Upstairs Inside and Back Deck - We recommend groups of 70 or more to rent the Upstairs Inside and Back Deck.
$600.00 for the first 2 1/2 hours and $100.00 for every additional hour.
**You must spend a minimum of $3,000 before tax and tip to rent out a space during graduation weekends.**

Upstairs Inside and Back Deck - The Swamp recommends groups of 70 or more to rent the Upstairs Inside and Back Deck.
$500.00 for the first 2.5 hours and $75.00 for every additional hour.
**All rentals are considered on a case by case basis and are subject to availability.**
**The Swamp reserves the right to deny rental to any person or any group at any time.**
